"Can't rate this gym highly enough. Being a bit on the chunky side, the thought of going to the gym has always been terrifying! Think I had created an image in my head of all these gorgeous, toned gym buffs who would look down their nose at someone who clearly doesn't go to the gym!! It could not be further from the truth! You walk through the door and you're greeted with a wave & a wee cheery smile. All the trainers are just such lovely friendly people. There is loads of equipment and there's lots of classes on throughout the week!! I've never been a gym lover but since coming to Ultimate Fitness, that has actually changed.
